Hesabımı ve verilerimi sil

Tüylüm hesabını ve bulutta saklanan verilerini istediğin an silebilirsin.

1. Uygulamadan (hemen)

  1. Tüylüm'ü aç, Profil sekmesine geç.
  2. En alttaki Hesabı sil'e dokun.
  3. Onay kutusuna ONAY yaz ve sil.

2. E-postayla (uygulamaya erişemiyorsan)

Hesabının e-posta adresinden [email protected] adresine "Hesap silme talebi" konulu bir e-posta gönder. Talebini en geç 30 gün içinde yerine getirir, sana haber veririz.

Neler silinir?

  • Hesabın (e-posta, ad, giriş bilgileri).
  • Bulutta saklanan dostların, sağlık ve bakım kayıtların, anıların, belgelerin ve bütün fotoğrafların.
  • Bu telefondaki kayıtların (başka hesaplara ve misafir kayıtlarına dokunulmaz).

Neler kalır?

  • Tüylüm Plus aboneliğin: hesabını silmek mağaza aboneliğini iptal etmez; ödeme App Store / Google Play üzerinden sürer. Önce aboneliğini iptal et: iPhone'da Ayarlar › adın › Abonelikler, Android'de Google Play › Profil › Ödemeler ve abonelikler › Abonelikler.
  • Yuvam'ı başka kişilerle paylaşıyorsan: yuvadaki ortak dostlar ve kayıtları diğer üyelerde kalır; senin adın yuvadan kalkar.
  • Yedekler: veritabanının şifreli gece yedekleri 30 gün saklanır ve sonra kendiliğinden silinir. Bu süre içinde yedekler yalnızca bir arıza olursa geri yüklemek için kullanılır, erişimi kısıtlıdır; yedekten geri yükleme yapılırsa silinmiş hesaplar yeniden silinir.

Hesabımı silmeden verilerimi silmek

Hesabını kapatmadan da verilerinin bir kısmını ya da tamamını silebilirsin. Hesabın açıksa sildiğin her şey buluttan da silinir.

  • Tek bir kayıt (aşı, parazit, ilaç, randevu, kilo, belirti): kaydı aç, Kaydı sil'e dokun.
  • Anı ya da belge: anıyı veya belgeyi aç, Sil'e dokun. Fotoğrafları da silinir.
  • Bir dost ve bütün kayıtları: ana sayfada dostun fotoğrafına basılı tut ya da dostun düzenleme ekranında Bu hayvanı sil'e dokun.
  • Bütün dostlar ve kayıtlar (hesabın kalır): Profil › Veri ve yedekleme › Tüm dostları ve kayıtları sil.
  • Uygulamadan yapamıyorsan: hesabının e-postasından [email protected] adresine neyin silinmesini istediğini yaz; 30 gün içinde yerine getiririz.

Silinen veriler, veritabanının şifreli gece yedeklerinde en geç 30 gün kalır ve sonra kendiliğinden silinir.

Delete my account and data

You can delete your Tüylüm account and the data stored in the cloud at any time.

1. In the app (immediately)

  1. Open Tüylüm and go to the Profile tab.
  2. Tap Delete account at the bottom.
  3. Type ONAY in the confirmation box and delete.

2. By email (if you can't access the app)

Email [email protected] from your account's email with the subject "Account deletion request". We'll complete it within 30 days and let you know.

What is deleted

  • Your account (email, name, sign-in details).
  • Your pets, health and care records, memories, documents and all photos stored in the cloud.
  • Your records on that phone (other accounts and guest records are not touched).

What is kept

  • Your Tüylüm Plus subscription: deleting your account does not cancel your store subscription; billing continues through the App Store / Google Play. Cancel it first: on iPhone go to Settings › your name › Subscriptions, on Android Google Play › Profile › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions.
  • If you share a Home with others: the shared pets and their records stay with the other members; your name is removed from the Home.
  • Backups: encrypted nightly database backups are kept for 30 days and then deleted automatically. They are used only to restore the service after a failure, with restricted access; if a backup is ever restored, deleted accounts are deleted again.

Delete my data without deleting my account

You can delete some or all of your data without closing your account. If you're signed in, everything you delete is also removed from the cloud.

  • A single record (vaccine, parasite treatment, medicine, appointment, weight, symptom): open it and tap Delete record.
  • A memory or document: open it and tap Delete. Its photos are deleted too.
  • A pet and all its records: long-press the pet's photo on the home screen, or tap Delete this pet on the pet's edit screen.
  • All pets and records (your account stays): Profile › Data and backup › Delete all pets and records.
  • If you can't do it in the app: email [email protected] from your account's email saying what to delete; we'll complete it within 30 days.

Deleted data stays in the encrypted nightly database backups for up to 30 days and is then deleted automatically.
