Hiç bildirim gelmiyor
  1. Önce Profil › Bildirimler › Deneme bildirimi gönder'e bas. Bildirim geliyorsa telefon tarafı tamamdır, 4. adıma geç.
  2. Telefonun izni. iPhone: Ayarlar › Tüylüm › Bildirimler › "Bildirimlere İzin Ver" açık olsun; Kilit Ekranı, Bildirim Merkezi ve Afişler seçili olsun. Android: Ayarlar › Uygulamalar › Tüylüm › Bildirimler › "Bildirimleri göster" açık olsun, alttaki kategorilerden hiçbiri kapalı olmasın.
  3. Odak / Rahatsız Etmeyin. iPhone'da Uyku, İş ya da Rahatsız Etme modu açıkken bildirimler susar: Ayarlar › Odak › kullandığın mod › Uygulamalar bölümüne Tüylüm'ü ekle. Android'de Ayarlar › Bildirimler › Rahatsız Etmeyin › istisnalara Tüylüm'ü ekle.
  4. Tüylüm'de. Profil › Bildirimler'de "Hatırlatmalar açık" olsun; Aşı ve parazit, İlaçlar ve Randevular satırları kapalı olmasın.
  5. Kaydın tarihi. Hatırlatma sadece ileri tarihli işler için kurulur: aşıda "Sonraki doz" tarihi, ilaçta doz saatleri seçili olmalı. Geçmiş tarihli bir kayıt için bildirim gelmez.
  6. Uygulamayı ara sıra aç. Telefonlar bir uygulamanın önceden kurabileceği bildirim sayısını sınırlar (iPhone'da 64). Tüylüm en yakın 60 hatırlatmayı kurar, uygulamayı açtıkça sonrakileri ekler. Çok sayıda ilaç dozu varsa birkaç günde bir açman yeter.
Bildirimler geç geliyor ya da bazen hiç gelmiyor (Android)

En sık sebep pil tasarrufu: telefon, arka plandaki uygulamaları uyutur.

  1. Ayarlar › Uygulamalar › Tüylüm › Pil › "Kısıtlamasız" (ya da "Optimize etme") seç.
  2. Android 12 ve üstü: Ayarlar › Uygulamalar › Özel uygulama erişimi › Alarmlar ve hatırlatıcılar › Tüylüm açık olsun. Kapalıysa ilaç hatırlatması birkaç dakika gecikebilir. Tüylüm'de Profil › Bildirimler › "Tam saatinde gelsin: Alarm iznini aç" düğmesi bu sayfayı açar.
  3. Telefonuna göre:
    • Xiaomi / Redmi / POCO: Ayarlar › Uygulamalar › Tüylüm › "Otomatik başlatma" açık, "Pil tasarrufu" bölümünde "Kısıtlama yok".

  4. Son uygulamalar ekranında "Tümünü temizle" bazı telefonlarda uygulamayı tamamen durdurur ve hatırlatmalar silinir. Xiaomi ve Oppo'da Tüylüm kartını aşağı çekip kilitleyebilirsin.

Menü adları telefonun markasına ve sürümüne göre biraz farklı olabilir.

Bildirimler geç ya da toplu geliyor (iPhone)
  1. Planlanmış Özet açıksa bildirimler belli saatlerde toplu gelir: Ayarlar › Bildirimler › Planlanmış Özet › Tüylüm'ü özetin dışında bırak (ya da Ayarlar › Tüylüm › Bildirimler › "Hemen Teslim Et").
  2. Odak modu açıkken gelen bildirimler sonradan görünür; Tüylüm'ü kullandığın Odak moduna izinli uygulama olarak ekle.
Bildirim geliyor ama ses yok
  1. Telefon sessizde ya da titreşimde mi? iPhone'da yandaki sessiz düğmesine ve Odak moduna, Android'de ses tuşuna bak.
  2. iPhone: Ayarlar › Tüylüm › Bildirimler › "Sesler" açık olsun. Android: Tüylüm'de Profil › Yardım ve sık sorulanlar › "Bildirim geliyor ama ses yok" › Ses ayarını aç düğmesi telefonun Tüylüm ses ayarını doğrudan açar; "Ses" ya da "Ses oynatmaya izin ver" açık olsun.
  3. Bazı telefonlar yeni uygulamada sesi kapalı başlatır:

  4. Tüylüm'ün sesini Profil › Bildirimler › Ses bölümünden seçebilirsin. Sesi telefonun ayarından kapattıysan uygulamadan değiştirmek işe yaramaz, önce telefondan aç.
Bildirimde "✓ Yapıldı" düğmesi görünmüyor
  • iPhone düğmeleri hep gizli gösterir: bildirime basılı tut ya da sola kaydırıp "Seçenekler"e dokun.
  • Android'de bildirimi parmağınla aşağı doğru çekip aç; "✓ Yapıldı" ve "1 saat sonra" altta görünür.
  • Bildirimin kendisine dokunursan da uygulama Bugün sekmesinde açılır, oradan tek dokunuşla işaretleyebilirsin.
  • Xiaomi / Redmi / POCO: "Yapıldı"ya basınca doz işaretlenir ama uygulama ekrana gelmeyebilir; bu telefonun kısıtlaması, sorun değil. Açılmasını istersen Ayarlar › Uygulamalar › Tüylüm › Diğer izinler › "Arka planda çalışırken açılır pencereleri göster"i aç.
Hatırlatmanın saatini ve ne kadar önce geleceğini nasıl değiştiririm?
  • Profil › Bildirimler › Hatırlatma saati: aşı ve parazit hatırlatmaları bu saatte gelir (varsayılan 10:00). Gece 00:00–07:00 arasına denk gelirse 07:00'de gelir.
  • Aynı yerde aşı ve parazit için kaç gün önce, randevu için ne kadar önce hatırlatılacağını seçersin. "1 gün önce" hatırlatması akşam 20:00'de gelir.
  • İlaç doz saatleri ilacı eklerken seçilir; senin seçtiğin doz saati gece de çalar.
Mama, su, yürüyüş gibi görevler için hatırlatma gelmiyor

Günlük bakım görevlerinin hatırlatması varsayılan olarak kapalıdır. Bugün › görevi düzenle › "Hatırlat"ı aç.

Telefonu değiştirdim ya da uygulamayı yeniden kurdum
  1. Aynı hesapla giriş yap; kayıtların buluttan gelir.
  2. Bildirim iznini yeniden ver (yeni telefon izni sıfırdan sorar).
  3. Uygulamayı bir kez açman yeter: hatırlatmalar yeni telefonda kendiliğinden kurulur.

📋 Kayıtlar ve yedekleme

Kayıtlarım başka telefonda görünmüyor

İki telefonda da aynı hesapla giriş yaptığından emin ol; kayıtlar birkaç saniye içinde buluttan gelir. Profil › Veri ve yedekleme › "Buluta yedekleme" satırına dokunarak elle eşitleyebilirsin. Hata çıkarsa ekran görüntüsünü bize gönder.

Hesapsız kullanıyorum, kayıtlarım güvende mi?

Hesapsızken kayıtların sadece o telefondadır; telefon kaybolursa ya da uygulama silinirse gider. Profil › Hesabını bağla ile hesap açarsan kayıtların buluta yedeklenir.

Verilerimin bir kopyasını nasıl alırım?

Profil › Veri ve yedekleme › Verilerimi dışa aktar: bütün dostların ve kayıtların tek dosyada.

Ailemle nasıl paylaşırım?

Profil › Yuvam › Eşini / aileni davet et ile 8 haneli bir kod oluştur ve gönder. Onlar kendi telefonlarında Profil › Yuvam › Davet kodum var ile kodu yazıp katılır.

Yuvadan ayrılırsam ne olur?

Senin eklediğin dostlar kayıtlarıyla birlikte yanına gelebilir; o zaman yuvadakiler onları artık görmez. Diğerlerinin eklediği dostlar yuvada kalır. Hiçbir dost silinmez.

Hayır. Tüylüm bir kayıt ve hatırlatma aracıdır; doz, sıklık ya da teşhis önermez. Tarihi ve dozu veterinerinin söylediği gibi gir, gerisini Tüylüm hatırlatsın.

👑 Tüylüm Plus

Ücretsizde neler var, Plus ne ekler?

Sağlıkla ilgili her şey her zaman ücretsiz: aşı, parazit, ilaç, randevu, hatırlatmalar, aşı karnesi ve veteriner özeti. Plus; sınırsız dost, Yuva'da 6 kişi, anı başına 4 fotoğraf ve "1 yıl önce bugün" anılarını ekler. Yuva'da biri Plus alınca Yuva'daki herkes kullanır.

Aboneliğimi nasıl iptal ederim?
  • iPhone: Ayarlar › adın › Abonelikler › Tüylüm Plus › "Aboneliği İptal Et".
  • Android: Google Play › profil fotoğrafın › Ödemeler ve abonelikler › Abonelikler › Tüylüm Plus › "Aboneliği iptal et".

Aboneliği satın alan kişi kendi mağaza hesabından yönetir. Uygulamayı silmek aboneliği iptal etmez.

🛡️ Hesabımı ve verilerimi nasıl silerim?

Uygulamada Profil sekmesinin en altındaki Hesabı sil'e dokun ve onayla. Hesabın, bulutta saklanan bütün kayıtların ve fotoğrafların kalıcı olarak silinir. Yuvanı başka kişilerle paylaşıyorsan ortak dostlar ve kayıtlar onlarda kalır.

Uygulamaya erişemiyorsan hesabının e-posta adresinden [email protected] adresine "Hesap silme talebi" konulu bir mail gönder; talebini 30 gün içinde yerine getiririz. Ayrıntılar: Hesabımı sil.

🔔 Notifications

I don't get any notifications
  1. First tap Profile › Notifications › Send test notification. If it arrives, your phone is set up fine; skip to step 4.
  2. Phone permission. iPhone: Settings › Tüylüm › Notifications › turn on "Allow Notifications", with Lock Screen, Notification Center and Banners selected. Android: Settings › Apps › Tüylüm › Notifications › turn on "Show notifications"; none of the categories below should be off.
  3. Focus / Do Not Disturb. On iPhone, Sleep, Work or Do Not Disturb silences notifications: add Tüylüm under Settings › Focus › your mode › Apps. On Android, add Tüylüm to the exceptions in Settings › Notifications › Do Not Disturb.
  4. In Tüylüm. In Profile › Notifications, "Reminders on" should be on and the Vaccines & parasites, Medicines and Appointments rows shouldn't be off.
  5. The record's date. Reminders are only set for upcoming things: a vaccine needs a "Next dose" date and a medicine needs dose times. Records with past dates don't get a notification.
  6. Open the app now and then. Phones limit how many notifications an app can schedule ahead (64 on iPhone). Tüylüm schedules the nearest 60 and adds the next ones each time you open it. With many medicine doses, opening it every few days is enough.
Notifications arrive late or sometimes not at all (Android)

The most common cause is battery saving: the phone puts background apps to sleep.

  1. Settings › Apps › Tüylüm › Battery › choose "Unrestricted" (or "Don't optimize").
  2. Android 12 and later: Settings › Apps › Special app access › Alarms & reminders › turn on Tüylüm. If it's off, medicine reminders may be a few minutes late. In Tüylüm, Profile › Notifications › "Exact time: allow alarms" opens this page.
  3. By phone:
    • Xiaomi / Redmi / POCO: Settings › Apps › Tüylüm › turn on "Autostart" and choose "No restrictions" under "Battery saver".
    • Samsung: Settings › Battery › Background usage limits › add Tüylüm to "Never sleeping apps"; it shouldn't be in "Sleeping apps".
    • Oppo / Realme / OnePlus: Settings › Battery › App battery management › Tüylüm › turn on "Allow background activity" and "Auto launch".
    • Huawei / Honor: Settings › Battery › App launch › Tüylüm › "Manage manually" with all three switches on.
    • Vivo / iQOO: Settings › Battery › High background power consumption › allow Tüylüm; Autostart › Tüylüm on.
  4. On some phones, "Clear all" on the recent apps screen fully stops the app and its reminders are removed. On Xiaomi and Oppo you can lock Tüylüm by pulling its card down.

Menu names may differ slightly depending on your phone's brand and version.

Notifications arrive late or all at once (iPhone)
  1. If Scheduled Summary is on, notifications arrive in batches: Settings › Notifications › Scheduled Summary › leave Tüylüm out (or Settings › Tüylüm › Notifications › "Immediate Delivery").
  2. Notifications that arrive during a Focus mode show up later; add Tüylüm as an allowed app in the Focus mode you use.
Notifications arrive but there's no sound
  1. Is the phone on silent or vibrate? Check the iPhone's silent switch and Focus mode, or the volume buttons on Android.
  2. iPhone: Settings › Tüylüm › Notifications › "Sounds" should be on. Android: in Tüylüm, Profile › Help and FAQ › "Notifications arrive but there's no sound" › Open sound settings opens your phone's Tüylüm sound setting directly; "Sound" or "Allow sound" should be on.
  3. Some phones start new apps with sound off:
    • Xiaomi / Redmi / POCO: Settings › Notifications › Tüylüm › turn on "Allow sound", "Floating notifications" and "Lock screen notifications".
    • Oppo / Realme / OnePlus: Settings › Notifications & status bar › Tüylüm › turn on "Sound" and "Floating notifications".
    • Vivo / iQOO: Settings › Notifications & status bar › Tüylüm › turn on "Sound" and "Floating notifications".
    • Samsung: Settings › Notifications › App notifications › Tüylüm › choose "Alert" for each category (not "Silent").
    • Huawei / Honor: Settings › Notifications › Tüylüm › turn on "Sound" and "Banners", turn off "Gentle notifications".
  4. You can choose Tüylüm's sound in Profile › Notifications › Sound. If you turned the sound off in your phone's settings, changing it in the app won't help; turn it on in the phone first.
The "✓ Done" button doesn't show in the notification
  • iPhone always hides the buttons: press and hold the notification, or swipe left and tap "Options".
  • On Android, pull the notification down to expand it; "✓ Done" and "In 1 hour" appear at the bottom.
  • If you tap the notification itself, the app opens on the Today tab, where you can mark it in one tap.
  • Xiaomi / Redmi / POCO: tapping "Done" marks the dose, but the app may not come to the screen; this is the phone's restriction and is fine. To let it open, go to Settings › Apps › Tüylüm › Other permissions and turn on "Display pop-up windows while running in the background".
How do I change when reminders arrive and how early?
  • Profile › Notifications › Reminder time: vaccine and parasite reminders arrive at this time (10:00 by default). If it falls between 00:00 and 07:00, it arrives at 07:00.
  • In the same place you choose how many days ahead for vaccines and parasites, and how early for appointments. The "1 day before" reminder arrives at 20:00 the evening before.
  • Medicine dose times are chosen when you add the medicine; a dose time you pick rings at night too.
No reminders for tasks like food, water or walks

Reminders for daily care tasks are off by default. Go to Today › edit the task › turn on "Remind me".

I changed phones or reinstalled the app
  1. Sign in with the same account; your records come from the cloud.
  2. Allow notifications again (a new phone asks for permission from scratch).
  3. Just open the app once: reminders are set up on the new phone automatically.

📋 Records and backup

My records don't show on another phone

Make sure you're signed in with the same account on both phones; records arrive from the cloud within a few seconds. You can sync manually by tapping the "Cloud backup" row in Profile › Data and backup. If you see an error, send us a screenshot.

I use the app without an account. Are my records safe?

Without an account, your records are only on that phone; if the phone is lost or the app is deleted, they're gone. Create an account with Profile › Link your account and your records are backed up to the cloud.

How do I get a copy of my data?

Profile › Data and backup › Export my data: all your pets and records in one file.

🏠 Home (family sharing)

How do I share with my family?

Create an 8-digit code with Profile › My home › Invite partner / family and send it. On their own phones, they enter it with Profile › My home › I have an invite code.

What happens if I leave the Home?

Pets you added can come with you, along with their records; then the others in the Home no longer see them. Pets others added stay in the Home. No pet is ever deleted.

How do I delete a pet?

Press and hold the pet's box on the home screen, then tap the red badge that appears.

How do I enter a vaccine's next date?

When adding a vaccine, choose the "Next dose" date; Tüylüm reminds you before it. Enter the date as your vet told you.

Does Tüylüm suggest doses or vaccine intervals?

No. Tüylüm is a record-keeping and reminder tool; it doesn't suggest doses, frequencies or diagnoses. Enter the date and dose as your vet told you, and Tüylüm reminds you.

👑 Tüylüm Plus

What's free, and what does Plus add?

Everything health-related is always free: vaccines, parasites, medicines, appointments, reminders, the vaccine card and the vet summary. Plus adds unlimited pets, 6 people in a Home, 4 photos per memory and "1 year ago today" memories. When someone in a Home gets Plus, everyone in the Home can use it.

How do I cancel my subscription?
  • iPhone: Settings › your name › Subscriptions › Tüylüm Plus › "Cancel Subscription".
  • Android: Google Play › your profile picture › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions › Tüylüm Plus › "Cancel subscription".

The person who bought the subscription manages it from their own store account. Deleting the app doesn't cancel the subscription.

🛡️ How do I delete my account and data?

In the app, tap Delete account at the bottom of the Profile tab and confirm. Your account and all cloud records and photos are permanently deleted (pets shared in a Home with others stay with them). If you can't access the app, email [email protected] from your account's email with the subject "Account deletion request"; we'll complete it within 30 days. Details: Delete my account.
